Post Grad Partners was founded by Katie and Isabella, who first met as freshman year roommates at Penn State University in 2020. Both studying business, they quickly discovered a shared passion for real estate and decided to get licensed together that year.

In the summer of 2021, they launched their careers as agents in New York City. Both experienced firsthand how overwhelming the housing market could be for recent grads. Determined to make the process easier, they created Post Grad Partners—a service dedicated to helping young adults find a place to call home as they step into this exciting new chapter.

They’re thrilled to continue expanding their mission to new cities, ensuring that more young professionals can transition smoothly from college life to their first real homes—with less stress, more confidence, and a team that truly gets it.
